Tewedaje News: The Ethiopian Real Estate Developers Association and Doksa Business Trading PLC signed two strategic Memoranda of Understanding (MoUs) today, July 23, 2026 (Hamle 16, 2018 E.C.), at Doksa’s office. The agreements aim to strengthen Ethiopia’s real estate sector and expand investment opportunities.
According to the statement, Doksa Business Trading, drawing on its extensive experience in business development, event organization, and strategic partnerships, has committed to working closely with the Association.
Under the domestic agreement, the two organizations will collaborate to strengthen the Association’s profile, support membership expansion, enhance cooperation between the government and private sector, and jointly organize investment promotion platforms.
Additionally, Doksa Business Trading will serve as the preferred event management partner for selected projects.
The second MoU focuses on expanding the partnership internationally by creating investment and networking platforms targeting Ethiopians living abroad (the diaspora). It aims to encourage diaspora investment, increase foreign currency inflows, and promote Ethiopia as an attractive investment destination.
As part of this international collaboration, the first projects will include Ethiopian real estate and investment networking programs to be held in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia; Johannesburg, South Africa; and Israel.
Representing the Ethiopian Real Estate Developers Association, Engineer Zinabu Tebeje and Engineer Abraham Demessis attended the signing ceremony and provided remarks. Doksa Event founder Mrs. Edom Damtew described the agreement as a historic partnership and stated that both organizations will work together to further develop Ethiopia’s real estate sector.
Doksa Business Trading has over 15 years of experience in knowledge-based marketing services for the real estate industry. The company also organized the New Africa Real Estate Expo, held in Miazia 2018 E.C.
Officials from both organizations emphasized their commitment to working together to strengthen Ethiopia’s growing real estate sector and enhance its international reach.
Finally, it was announced that all joint projects between the two institutions will be implemented through detailed project agreements centered on transparency, accountability, and sustainable collaboration.
