JJ Group, a company with many years of experience in the construction and real estate sector, has officially launched the construction of a modern 12-story mixed-use building near Urael Square in the heart of Addis Ababa.
The project is expected to cost more than 700 million Ethiopian birr.According to Mr. Jebel Jemal, CEO of JJ Group and Vice President of the Ethiopian Real Estate Developers Association, the building will have 12 floors and include two underground parking levels.
The mixed-use development will feature:More than 60 commercial shops Spacious office spaces31 modern two-bedroom apartmentsThe building has been designed with separate entrances for residential and commercial areas, placing special emphasis on residents’ safety and security.
Mr. Jebel stated that the commercial units will be completed and handed over to owners within eight months, while the residential apartments are expected to be fully completed within two years.The company also announced a special pre-sale discount available only for the first ten homes, aiming to reduce concerns about rising construction costs and inflation.Mr. Jebel further noted that Ethiopia’s new Real Estate Proclamation is expected to play a significant role in addressing challenges facing the sector.
He reaffirmed the company’s commitment to delivering the project on time and according to the promised quality standards.During the launch event, customers whose construction projects had previously been completed by JJ Group shared testimonials, praising the company for its reputation for on-time project delivery.Guests also highlighted CEO Mr. Jebel Jemal’s hands-on leadership, noting that he personally visits construction sites to ensure customer satisfaction.In addition, Mr. Debebe Seifu, Board Member of the Ethiopian Real Estate Association and owner of Jambo Real Estate, praised Mr. Jebel’s dedication and stated that he has the capability to accomplish major achievements in Ethiopia’s real estate sector.
